Investment

Invesment means using money to buy something(an asset) with the aim of making a profit by selling that asset at a higher price some time in future.

1.Land

I have a father and my father wanted to invest something. There are many types of investment. But my father chose to invest a land. Why my father chose land becomes the object to be invest? 

1) Capital Gain : The price of land has increased every year, at least 20% every year. 

2)No maintance fees : there is no maintance fees if invested a land. Not like other property(house,apartment) that need maintance fees.

3)Easy to manage : because just a land , it would easy to manage it.

That is 3 reason why my father chose a land. Invest a land is very profitable but invest a land require substansial capital. 

2) Antiques

Invest antiques is profitable.Rey wanted to invest something,because he loves the antiques he chose antiques becomes th object to be invest. Rey loves the antiques because rey's father has many antiques , so rey continued his father's hobby. Antiques can be an invesment when high value over time. Antiques that have historical value and limited in number , will be hunted by collectors and has a high value. it will take time to evolve the value of antiques. But , invest antiques need handling to survive on the age and possible damage.
